Computer Troubleshooters (CTS) is an international network of franchisees providing onsite computer services to small businesses, home businesses and home users.  Founders Wilson and Suzanne McOrist began developing the concept in 1996 after selling their previous franchise, which had grown to over 200 locations in Australia and New Zealand.

Computer Troubleshooters USA (CT-USA) was formed in 1999 by Chip Reaves, who had previously built his own computer service business into one of the largest computer service small businesses in Georgia.  Based on the proven marketing and business strategies that make CTS successful all over the world, CT-USA is continually expanding its franchise network into all parts of the country.     Nationwide service contracts support larger clients, including the IRS and Veterans Benefit Administration

Computer Troubleshooters of Clayton (CT-Clayton) is a licensed franchisee of CT-USA.  It began operation in the Clayton/University City area of Saint Louis, Missouri on 17-November-2005.  CT-Clayton is owned and operated by MoNat LLC, a family owned (owner's resume) corporation based in University City.  Its mission is to provide excellent technical support and customer services at reasonable prices.

Clients of every CTS Franchise benefit by getting the best of both worlds: the personal, friendly service one expects from a small, locally owned establishment, and the support, expertise, and accountability one demands from a large, international organization.
